Refund and Return policy

At Yemalla Studio, we do not offer refunds. However, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your garment. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you prefer not to exchange your item, we can issue a store credit voucher with no expiration date, which can be used at any time.

Please note that both the store credit voucher and the shipping of the new garment will be processed only after we have received the returned item in its original condition (unworn and unwashed).
